I have set up a task and interesting moment to help better test the leads coming into my new engagement program. I can see the task and interesting moment in Marketo but niether have pushed across to salesforce?

Any ideas?

The smart campaign can sit inside the engagement program (in the tree), but you do no pull it onto the stream.

Hi Cheryl
I am guilty of not recording the name of the lead, have only just realised, I now have three engagement programs running now for three products, I can see some working but I need to research further on others. Next time I will name the lead in my post.

thanks

Cheryl I do have another question though
I have built an engagement program and it is fully operational. The engagement program has a smart campaign with a trigger designed to bring fresh leads directly into stage 1.

Does the smart campaign simply sit in the tree within the engagement program or does it need to be dragged into the stage 1 stream?

@Peter - can you confirm that this either worked or is not working?

Are the leads already in SFDC? Check the Lead's activity log to see if an SFDC sync happened yet.

It does sometimes take 5-10 minutes for all data to sync.
