You need to do this from the Marketo side.Go to the Program > Member and select the member to make "not in program"If the lead is in a Wait Step within a Smart Campaign, then you need to do one of two things:1. Run a sister campaign that says if Member of Smart Campaign IN "X" then Remove from Flow2...
Bec,This isn't currently available. Check the Ideas section to see if that Idea has been posted already. In my Marketo Guide, I suggest a way to do this using the Email Link Performance report. Just select the email in question, run the report, and create your heat map using the click counts.
I usually pull that sort of thing via SFDC if all of the leads are in SFDC.Otherwise Kimi's method will work.
You may also want to monitor the number of emails you are sending and the targets for list exhaustion.Support should fix the issue you mentioned and if they don't, tell them to so you have accurate data.

Michelle,Datarati is definitely the main partner down there. I believe there's another agency, but I don't recall the name.Marketo Support should also be local and/or available now that they have a presence there.
I think we're not there yet. You'd need to add the Text Only Field, then make sure to Exclude them from the regular email campaign, then create a separate Text Only Email, then send Text Only people that email.A bit of a pain, but important if your audience is more on the text side. I'd say only peo...
