    The REsults tab shows the number of log activities created by this campaign. This is NOT the # of emails sent.It is possible that if you ran the campaign a while after you first checked the counts, then marketo would only pull in people who matched your smart list at the time the batch ran.

    You need to do this:1. Decide on scoring fields as Ed notes above.2. Create those in SFDC as Integers.3. Once they sync to Marketo, reassign them as Lead Score fields (or this won't work).4. Now you will be able to change the MSI settings. Prob best to setup some scoring flows first though.

    Brad,So you have an ISR or someone doing some basic lead qualification?You have to go to the Lead Queue, Lead View, or Lead Record to Change Owner on a lead. That's all they have to do.This cannot be done at the Marketo Tab.

    Are you using an Email Send Program?If not, just create a new smart campaign, add the new list (be sure you exclude people who were members of the other smart campaign OR who received the email)...and then send the new email.Just be sure the count is accurate for the portion of leads you just upload...

    Leah, Are you running this through Twilio? marketo doesn't send the SMS itself, it uses a third party account that you own. So I assume you will be billed through that party.
