Yes, you need to create a Send Email child program within the engagement.
You can use Data Value Changed or Owner Was Changed and similar filters.Most changes are only available for the past 90 days though.
The child Program runs indepdendent of the Engagement cadence. Did you fill in the Member Statuses manually? Marketo doesn't like that.Try creating a new sfdc campaign, then switch the Program over to the new one. Or create the new sfdc campaign via Marketo Program.If that's still an issue, call support.

Hi Dan,No I don't think so. You might try leaving the user with a blank Role or a Role without any access. I *think* that might allow read only, but I think it just lets them in and then there's nothing to view or do.
