I thought you could pass Querystring to another field using the Query or Original Referrer field? Not so automatic though unless you setup a flow to handle that and then pass that to an Interesting Moment.You can use the Trigger. tokens to identify the Web Page in the IM.

Yes, if you assign a Contact to a Queue, a New SFDC Lead is created and a duplicate exists.If you load the data into Marketo first, I am not sure you can force it to create a Contact in SFDC first. Depends on your setup. You may want to just load them into SFDC.
