Ask Support and provide them the URL of the smart campaign and email asset. Email Insights runs every few hours so there are sometimes db drops.

I believe there is a char or hard limit. My big question is WHY do you need 25 people ccd on an automated email? You can also CC an email alias instead.

Answered above. You need to setup a smart campaign to change program status. I personally don't believe a click deserves influence.

The better way is to parse their email domain and/or use an enrichment service later on in Marketo/SFDC. Why ask someone for their domain ?

Use a string or text field and clean it up later using JS or in SFDC. Depends how badly you want "https" in there.

If you mean Program Status, you have to create a smart campaign that says Clicked Link in Email in this Program then Program Status=Clicked = Success I personally don't recommend...
