Hi Chris, the additional, forced sync, is not necessary.I would look into the right model or some validation rules that prevent the update to the SFDC record.Start with an attempt to update another field in Marketo on these records and check these other fields do sync. -Greg
Hi Barry,Wait steps here are a workaround, but in theory will not cover 100% of the cases. There is always a risk, even after a 5 minutes wait that some data is not fully posted to the database (for instance during a very large insertion of data). When the data is very sensitive, like opt-in / Unsub,...

HI Steven,How do we know an instance has the ACP ?-Greg
Tweaking the sync filter might work but needs to be used carefully, because it means that, when the filter is off:Marketo does not know the sync is off. It will try to sync, that will raise an error, and Marketo will try againAny change in Marketo is not posted to SFDC-Greg

AFAIK, only the first one in the day is posted, and the following are ignored, until the following day. In any case, if someone clicks 5 times, you will only see 1 of these clicks as an activity in SFDC.You might want yo look as Sales Insight, that precisely provides this type of info.-Greg
Hi Will Harmon,The gamification system is still off and not counting points.-Greg
Hi Michelle,It will still cause storage issues and will not fulfill your needs because Marketo will not post more than one of each activity type per day and per person.-Greg
