Hi Kelly,you can still see all of the data value changes (including name, email, etc.) in the Activity log, which is the problemOnly for 90 after these activity occurs. See Marketo Activities Data Retention Policy - Overview & FAQ The other issue is with the cookie value.-Greg

BTW, Sandy, we are not experiencing this pb either.The result of variables in the text version is simply... nothing.Would your workaround work to make any variable-based URL show in the text version ? That would be very, very cool.-Greg
