Yeah, we have been through several CSMs and unless they take the time to reach out and introduce themselves, I'm not aware of who the latest one is. If we have questions, it's a guess if you have the most current email address. Very frustrating experience. Great idea, Grant.

We wouldn't want to necessarily sync that information to SFDC especially since we try not to put operational issues into Interesting moments since we tokenize them into MQL alerts.

I'm actually shocked to find out this is the default that those files are indexed. For a business that is built on gated content for leads, this is a HUGE oversight.
