I second all other comments above. You can use tags for Author and Owner (who built it and who manages it). I use the audit trail in the admin dashboard to see who deleted, edited, etc. However the audit trail only goes back 30 days, even though it lets you try to set a data range. So you can only s...
I am going to check the connection every day now too, because I only get the alerts when someone schedules a webinar and people start signing up. At that point it's too late. It seems like the token is expiring every 24 hours now or something.
There are many of us who are experiencing the issue where the sync between GoTo Webinar and Marketo fails on a regular basis. I'd like to use this post to keep people updated on the progress of hopefully fixing this bug since we can't all be added to the internal Marketo Jira ticket. If Marketo Prod...
I have confirmed with Marketo that the random disconnects are a bug, and the issue has been escalated. In the meantime, we just ran a webinar in EMEA this morning and I didn't know the GTW connection had disconnected with the 400 error, so none of the attendee statuses got updated in Marketo. I now have to keep a smart list of people who have a program status of Webinar > Registration Error just to know when the sync ...
I use a string field for opt-ins and opt-outs in a "Checkboxes" (plural) field type that writes a True, False or NULL, depending on what the person chooses. You always want to know if someone has answered Yes, No or never answered the question at all (NULL).
As was said above, the clicks are most likely the result of email security software like Barracuda, which clicks links in emails to look for viruses before it actually delivers the email to the inbox. You can easily see if these clicks are pre-clicks or ghost clicks by looking at the Activity log. I...
This cannot be a "run through once" deal because people need to be able to opt in and opt out as many times as they want.
