Soft Bounce

Yesterday I emailed 143 people. 1 emailed shows as delivered, the rest soft bounced. Any ideas why that might occur? I can certainly understand some soft bounces but 142/143 is a bit much... wondering if there is something I did wrong.

Engagement Score: Program Success

I just read the article "Understanding the Engagement Score" (http://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000LAQLCA4) and have a question. It says the score takes into account opens, clicks, program success, and unsubscribes. How is program success for an engagement program defined?

If I create a smart list within an engagement program, it shows the members of the smart list as members of the program.Does this mean that without running a campaign to add the smartlist members to a stream they will start receiving emails when the campaign is activated?
