I like the idea of storing the current purpose (date) in the field value. Do you typically manage this within the form or with a separate campaign?
Hi Michelle - Are you using utm parameters with your email campaign links? I think this could help simplify your campaigns to delineate web page visits based on the query string. It sounds like you need a wait step to let Marketo catch up. You could potentially add a first smart campaign that listens...
Hi Lakshmipriya Raut - I wouldn't recommend re-purposing fields unless you're asking for the same data each time around (for example "emergency contact" or "dietary preferences"). We've ended up creating single-use case fields because we'll have questions specific to an event that don't apply to oth...
We still use a tokenized template to make the email modifications faster, but have to schedule the campaign manually when we're ready to send the blog update email, and are still having to populate the blog post info into Marketo (just via tokens) - all around it's just a massive time-suck. Agreed w...
We're managing blog sign-ups via an embedded Marketo form on our Wordpress blog, but still haven't found the right solution for sending automated post notifications. We first tried setting a batch campaign to run every week at a specific time, but found that we couldn't always hit the same deadline ...
Hi Cliff. I haven't used On24, but we've decided to migrate all of our recorded webinars to Vidyard and leverage their integration so we can see % completion on the contact record. We can't leverage polls with Vidyard, but it's much better than using the GoToWebinar recording functionality.
In a Progressive Profiling context, a false boolean field is considered to be not-filled-in. Because of this, even when PreFill is not supported directly (i.e. embeds) you can still determine whether the field was orginally false.I'm trying to accomplish something similar to OP and this was the exac...
We're currently dealing with this. Our SFDC instance automatically creates a duplicate contact record when a lead is converted to a contact, but since the initial web tracking and Marketo activity started on the lead, the contact ends up with no information in MSI; we also lose the acquisition data ...
I recently submitted a support ticket about this, and about needing to remove communication limits for employees (which is not possible). This is the Marketo Support response re: sales insight communication limits. Hope it is helpful to you all!Communication limits apply to sales insight emails with...
Major bummer - I was just having the same problem. Does your Sales team type in their name every time? We include the person's picture, name, email, and phone (via snippets) which will be a huge pain to add manually every time.
