Hi Emma,I've also hit the issue. According to the Marketo Support, the problem is happened if you use both "wait" step and some choice after the wait in the flow. If your instance is till in the issue, you may open a case to the support.-Taishi

Hi Devraj,Thanks for your reply.Actually we've integrated Survey Monkey at our sandbox instance. it was worked well. However, they've changed company strategy and very limited support recently, so I'm looking for another suitable survey tool vendor now.
