Do you work with different record types for consumers and dealers? If yes, make sure Marketo sync user has visibility over both record types. One way to figure it out is to log in directly to your SFDC instance with the Marketo credentials and search for records. If you cannot see any dealer records...

Hi @Malik_Zafar2 that's correct, SystemModstamp in SFDC is a DateTime system field. It indicates when a record was last modified by a user or by a workflow process
