For starters, since you are trying to capture UTM medium - does your form have a hidden field looking for the url parameter or utm_medium (see attached)? @ayaspan I don't think my solution above will give you what you're looking for. What I have above will group people by the date they were created, not by the date the unsubscribe took place. For instance, if 3 people unsubscribed today but there created dates were 4/12/2017, 06/25/2019, and  12/16/2020 it would show as those April 2017, June 2019, and December 2020 instead of June 2021.   @Devraj_Grewal solution may actually get you closer to what you're looking for but would have to create the appropriate campaigns.   There are other options with bulk activity exports but that's a pretty big lift. ... Hi Jennifer, Have you been able to test this. If not, it should not cause anything to break as assets that are in use will work even after they're archived (even things like smart campaigns will if they aren't deactivated). Archiving really has more to do with eliminating auto-suggest/search and reporting. ... View more

If so, that could account for the discrepancy in the sends. In MLM (Email performance report) if you send the same email 6 times to the same lead, MLM counts this as 1 email sent. Hi Sarah, As Sanford stated, the best way to do this would be through a webhook. However, technically it is possible to do this as long as every phone number has the same 10 digit format with area code being the first 3 digits. I will lay out how you can do this so you can at least see the rationale, but it would take a while to setup - particularly if you have leads from outside of the United States. 1. Create a recurring batch smart campaign 2. Add filters of: Lead created in past 24 hours OR Data Value Changed for Mobile Phone (or whichever field you want to evaluate) in past 24 hours AND Mobile Phone (or whichever field you want to evaluate) is not empty 3. On the flow step, you would need to drag in the Change Data Value and add alot of choices becuase you will need to create a choice for each area code (full list of US area codes can be found here - https://www.allareacodes.com/area_code_listings_by_state.htm). 4. For the choices, you would have to look to see if  Mobile Phone (or whichever field you want to evaluate) starts with a certain string and if it does, populate the area code field. For my example, I used the Fax Number as the field I wanted to populate. 5. Schedule it run nightly (or whatever cadence you want - being mindful of system resources) and allow people to go through every time. Hi Andreia, It is pretty straightforward as far as setting up the web service. Is there anything in particular you are struggling with? As long as you map the fields correctly, it works smoothly. The only issue I run into is when building the smart campaigns, the linkedin form won't show up automatically until a submission is received (chicken and egg thing). When you upload the list, do you specify an acquisition program? If so, that is the easiest route as you can choose the people that are part of that acquisition program and will filter people that were acquired through a different program. If you're not using acquisition programs, you could create a specify that a person is member of the list you uploaded to and was created on the date that you uploaded the list. ... View more

Hi Jennifer, I think what you're trying to do could be done with custom objects, but would need someone more technical than me to confirm or deny that. Otherwise, I would follow your logic on how you build that out. You will need separate emails for each webinar. Using your example: Webinar Info Webinar a = ABC Topic 07/27/18 Webinar b= XYZ Topic 07/28/18 Webinar c= 123 Topic 07/29/18 Email Links example.com/webinar-a example.com/webinar-b example.com/webinar-c Tokens Also, what do you want to happen if someone clicks multiple links? Do you want to send an email for each webinar or just the first one? One other thing you could do but probably wouldn't recommend, is to create two fields in your database: String Field: Webinar Name Date Field: webinar date You could then create a smart campaign to write to those fields with whichever link is clicked. Then you only have to create one email and just reference those two fields. The issue being that those could be overwritten and only the latest link they clicked would show up in the email. Are you saying that if you create two new emails based on same template (we'll call template 1) that you get different results on the link utm tag? for example Create Email A using template 1 and the updated utm appears Create Email B using template and the utm doesn't appear? Do you truly mean that duplicates already exist in Marketo or just that you would be capturing information in Akkroo for a lead that already exists in Marketo (and updating it). We don't have any duplicates in Marketo so I've never ran into that issue but I would assume it would still link to one of the leads. I looked at one of our recent batch sends and am seeing something similar, although on a smaller scale because we had few recipients. I went to the activity log and made sure that only email send was selected, sorted by descending and found that all of them sent at 10:56 am. However, then I changed it so that it so that only email delivered would show and sorted that in descending order and found many emails that were delivered 10 minutes later to hours later. Hi Shelly, We are doing something similar although we have two different programs but the logic is the same. I re-created your example and what you would need is 4 static lists and 4 smart campaigns. Each smart campaign would fire if someone attended that webinar. In my example, someone attended the HCM Newbie webinar. They would then get added to the HCM newbie list, wait two minutes, and then look to see if they are a member of the other 3 lists. If they are, nothing happens to change their stream. If they aren't a member of the other 3 lists, they would get added to the stream for whichever webinar they attended. I  have a screenshot below of the flow steps. We integrated with Akkroo about a year ago and it is very simple to do. I was able to do the integration myself and mapping the fields from Akkroo to the leads in Marketo is very easy as well. I would echo everyone else's comments about the Marketo app and in addition to Josh's note about atEvent, we have also used Akkroo. I found Akkroo to give us more flexibility than atEvent although both would be better at giving you what you're looking for (custom fields, code scanning etc.) ... View more
