Hi Jocelyn,In your Lead Database, you can create a Smart List that looks like this:And it should pull in anyone who has shared the content. By altering your Default Columns, you can create a fairly details activity report. It's not exactly what you're looking for, but it might be a start!
What webinar provider are you using?ON24 had separate tracking for those people who viewed the webinar on-demand. The data usually took a couple hours to sync over, but once the webinar had been held, my triggers would watch for activity and fire off different campaigns based on that. People who w...
I agree with Elliott that using Google Analytics really helps with some of the more in-depth social reporting, specifically thanks to the use of campaign codes in the tracking links. Hi Lee,You might want to lock the field from updating in the Admin area. That way, whatever is entered in SFDC is the accepted Job Title. That change will be made globally, however, so you probably won't want to do this for just one form.I would also toy around with the CHANGE DATA VALUE option in y...
Hi Zoe!That's a stumper. I want to say yes, but I feel like that will only happen if the Munchkin is tied to that email address. I say that because at my previous company, we had a bunch of duplicate leads due to the improper uploading of static lists - even though they had the same email address ...
