This unfortunately can't be done directly within Marketo (at least, not to my knowledge), but I believe it can be done through services like HighTail. You can upload the content there and set an expiration date from within HighTail, then embeded the link in your Marketo email.Hightail offers a free ...
Does it have to be done through MSI? My first thought would be to either send an email or create a task in SFDC (leaning more toward creating a task, since sales reps can get buried with daily emails). I'd still create the interesting moment just to make sure it's kept in the record. If MSI is the an...
Hi Mary!I've recently transitioned to using only the Marketo Calendar for keeping track of my campaigns. It's been much easier to keep all the details in one place. Plus, with all the software products we offer, it's nice to have the advanced filtering to make sure we constantly have campaigns going...

Is it possible to add MSI to an SFDC campaign? While we realize there are other ways we can go about reporting people's activity within the campaign (ie: changing member statuses), it would be great if the MSI module showed all member activity so our sales team can see what happened after responding.
I'm not sure what your use case is, but is this something that can be done by replacing your URLs with Program-level tokens? Then you could just go into the tokens and update them as needed, which will automatically update all links (landing page, images, PDFs, and otherwise) in all future emails.
You would add a "Wait" step to your Campaign Flow.So your Trigger would be something like "Data Value Changes", where the value is "Launch is TRUE" (or whatever you've set up in your CRM).Then your Flow would be "Wait: 7 Days", "Send Email" (or "Add to Engagement Program", which it sounds like you h...
