Why would the lead lifecycle field change from Customer to MQL after sales has closed the lead and marked it as customer/sold? This is causing my nurture campaigns to resume for leads that are already sold.

We created and approved a landing page in Marketo. But when I add it to a smart campaign for scoring purposes, I'm getting an error.It says "Invalid value for Web Page. URL not found"If it's approved, why is it it not found? Is there a step I'm missing?
