Yea that's kind of what I was thinking. Overlay whatever your lead creation rules are to qualify for a sync, then add the (AND) operator SFDC Type = Empty. That would give you a list of qualified, but unsynced contacts. Not perfect, but something?
Hi Allison,Question for you, how are you checking manually? Is there a way for you to create a Smart List of people who qualify (i.e. lead was created; lead does not have a SFDC ID or something)? If so, you can create your Smart list and then subscribe to it and it will email you a list weekly or ...
It is most likely that your Marketo Integration user does not have write access to the field in question in SFDC. So, Marketo is changing the value on its end, SFDC is basically rejecting that change as Marketo does not have write access, and is pushing back the old value. I've had the exact same th...
Hi Christian,"Email Bounces" is for Hard Bounces; there is a separate "Email Bounces Soft" trigger you can use to capture soft bounces as well. I saw a few other responses to others in the thread that I will try to answer here. Marketo has two types of smart campaigns it can run, Batch and Trigger. ...
The trigger looks fine, but I'm not sure there is a "Date of Activity" constraint on the trigger. Triggers (the orange colored filters in the smart list rules) fire as the activity takes place, so if you're using an "Email Bounces" trigger, of course it will be in the last 10 days since the activity...
The API will get you some of what you want, but you'd have to calculate some of the values yourself. From what I've seen in the API documentation and in the forum, you can pull down the program ID, the members of the program, their status' in the program, etc., but it's all point-in-time.To get to W...
Hey Bryan,What metrics did you want to look at specifically? And did you want it broken down (for example) by message in the program, or just for the program as a whole? I use the Engagement Stream Performance report a bit. With that you can define the program(s) you want to look at, and the time pe...
Love the format, would love to hear about how other teams drum up internal support and traction with marketing and sales teams together. We have alignment issues (as I feel many if not most organizations do), so building genuine support for lead scoring, MQL definitions, etc., is always challenging!...
Wow this is genius, Sanford! Thank you for sharing!
Hi Everyone,Not sure if anyone else experiences this with ReadyTalk or other webinar providers, but I can't get this one to work. When a user submits the registration form for our webinar, the ask is to have an "Add to Calendar" button right there on the page (we already include one in the thank you...
