Love getting to know more of the team! Would love to see more from a variety of functions in the org!
Hey Denise,Depending on the program and audience (we see large pockets of auto-clicks with specific audience segments), we may use the person's web visit as the benchmark for program success. Many in this thread have shared that they see bots triggering web page views as well, but I've done a ton of...
Hey Denise, I get what you're going for here with this solution, and it's certainly an option to consider, but now you're docking those first-time REAL clicks. Instead of weeding out bot clicks, you're also weeding out actual, real life engagement. For example, we've used some raw data from the data...
Hey Karan,I'm not sure if every Marketo instance has access, I think it's only included if your subscription includes Partitions/Workspaces. When we went to add new workspaces and partitions, I feel like I remember talking to my support people and them asking if we already had it in our subscriptio...
Hey Peter,I'm in agreement with your Ops and events teams that you should absolutely be scoring (RELEVANT) event engagement! The scoring values themselves I'd say would be for you to determine yourself based on the quality of your engagements at events and trade shows compared to the other activiti...
This is great to know! Realizing now our instance' setup has all 1:1 workspaces and partitions, and it sounds like the rules are aligned with the user record and which partition they are in, instead of the asset's location. Makes sense, thank you for clarifying!
Am I understanding that your goal that customer completes activity X, and email related to X immediately triggers? If so, that's a trigger campaign, you just need a way to know when that activity happens. I'm assuming your fields = TRUE mean they have done a certain action, if that's the case, you ...
Ok so, this makes sense. What's happening is, the person is qualifying for the FIRST email send because they are a current member of your smart list when the program initially runs. Once that happens, they get added to the flow. At that point, they've qualified and will continue to go through that f...
Hey Sandy,Had the same exact thought about Smart Campaigns which is why I am curious about Jason's program structure. There is likely confusion here between "Smart Campaign" criteria and "Smartlist" criteria. If Jason is using a Smart Campaign with a "send email" in the flow for his email sends, it'...
The way you described smart lists is exactly how they work. Are you using "member of smart list" in your criteria for the email send? Can you describe your program structure a bit more? Is it an Email Program type? Default? Are you then using "Member of Smartlist" as your include rule for your send?...
