Do you know if it has it happened to other leads in the system? If so, it could be related to your lead scoring campaign.Otherwise, Support can probably help you dive deeper into the activity log.
Sorry I meant the Activity Log.In the Activity Log, in the search box, just type in "Merge" and you should be able to see if the lead got merged with another record at one point in time.
Check to see if the lead was merged in the Activity History. Marketo unfortunately adds the two lead scores together.

Are we talking about CTAs that go to the same link? Maybe append a harmless query string at the end of each link (i.e. ?click=1a or ?click=1b) and then run an email link performance report like Val suggested.
