Ditto. Last week, I sent 3 separate emails to 3 separate companies (total: 123 people) and got 0 opens. I'm thinking they all went to spam.
Hi Brooke,Is your sales team the only team that uses those templates? I think you can do this with an Email Performance Report by taking a look at the number of emails Sent. You can filter out certain emails, dates, etc in the Smart List and Setup tab.

When I click the calendar file link in the email, it opens in Microsoft Entourage and not my Google Mail which is my default. Perhaps that's settings I need to turn off in Entourage?
