You can.Go to Admin -> Field Management -> Click on the field -> click on the name of the field in the center canvas then edit. For custom fields, the only requirement is that the field is NOT used by any assets in Marketo for you to be able to rename them.

Hi Chris,Sounds like Reachforce is what you want. When the lead is typing in their company name, a list companies appear in a picklist that the lead can select. This appends company data to the record in CRM/Marketo.
Not sure what you mean either, Rodrigo. If you're referring to resizing an image in your email, you can resize images you pull in from the Design Studio if you click the "Insert/edit image" icon on your tool bar in the edit email view, then click "Appearance" then enter a value in "Dimensions."
DId you try logging out then logging back in? Or Refresh? Does your campaign have any errors associated with it? Perhaps a screenshot of the Schedule or Setup tab will help us troubleshoot.
