Is there a way to remove the "No template" option from the dropdown in Send Marketo Email from SFDC?
Thank you both, I typically work with the HTML but I was giving a demo and thought it was rather odd to see the tags.
When I paste text into an email, the body is surrounded by
tags. I've tried Sublime Text, Text Editor and paste without formatting and I'm seeing the same results. If I paste into the HTML viewer, it's fine but if I apply bullet formatting using the editor the formatting changes again. Any thought...
Thanks Cheryl So, attendance and email address are the only fields passed to Marketo from On24? What would it take to get the other fields turned on? For these particular webinars, we are seeing SFDC sync errors.
We are using Marketo forms to register for On24 webinars but occasionally leads find the On24 reg page. I have a trigger campaign that's listening for "lead is created" but the campaign is not firing. I looked in the campaign queue and the priority level is low with 113 lead remaining. Is there a way to adjust the priority or is it based on the type of trigger that I'm using?

I'm sending a dynamic email based on an uploaded list. Will the segmentation immediately pick up the new field values or should I wait 24hrs before sending? The plan is to use the "added to list" trigger. Thank you
