Did the campaign run completely without errors? Check the activity logs for the campaign flow that's supposed to be adding them to the SFDC campaign. Yes, that would be a support issue, although it's already been reported as a bug based on the alert. I've seen similar errors in my instance as well. If it persists, I would open a ticket. Good luck!
Hey Tim - try disabling the form pre-fill option on that specific field. See if it works after that point. If you don't mind that field not prefilling based on cookies, that may be the way to force the drop-downs upon return.

Anything you want to move between workspaces will need to be placed within a new folder - so simply clone and then place everything within that folder you'd like to move. You can then move the folder between the various workspaces.
