Progressive Forms Embedded on Website

Hi-We added progressive forms to our website. They worked. Then we added some styling, now they no-longer work. I can't find any documentation to send over to our dev team to have them fix. I am also have a similar problem and can't find official documentation on progressive profiling and embedded forms. Ours were working, then stopped after we styled the form.
