Hi Mario, I think this is a custom field that someone created in your instance of Marketo. It sounds like it was being used properly (ie: checked = Subscriber is True, opted in, and unchecked = Subscriber is False, not opted in) but this is all a company preference. If it's a field that you are no lon...
Hi Nichole, let me know if you'd be interested in the PDF referenced in the second link that Kim posted above. Unfortunately, Marketo won't let me post it here. My email is dviscogliosi@emarketer.comAnd to answer your question, Marketo won't mark 1000 soft bounces as invalid. You'd have to set up a ...
Hi Diane, Marketo recommends champion/challenger tests for emails that are used frequently, but I also find that they're one of the easiest ways to set up an A/B test. Also, if you're trying to track activity individually across websites, then I believe you need to set up separate instances. You can only have one Munchkin code per instance.
I noticed this was missing yesterday and was going to post about it since I missed it so much! Glad to hear it isn't gone for good 🙂 Thanks Matt!
Hi Manisha, the other thing that Marketo doesn't make very clear is that there are three types of hard bounces -- but only when the reason is "Email does not exist" does Marketo mark as Email Invalid. So there are other types of hard bounces which won't be marked. This thread from a while back contai...
Hi Yash, when you delete from Marketo, it asks if you want to delete from CRM as well. You would select False at this point.
