As Rachit mentioned, you cannot remove someone from campaign membership once they've been added. The remove from flow step will help if there were any wait steps with additional flow steps after the fact. Is there a specific reason you're looking to remove people from the campaign?

Hey Jason, in the past we've done this via a blank template. It requires that you have the API provide all of the code for the subsequent email, but it was a simpler solution than what you've outlined here.
I thought about this as well, but I'm hoping that he has a last login date or something similar that's already populating. He mentioned a data value change, so I'm assuming this is correct!
