Hey Rachel, as Greg suggested we have a decrease score checkbox that a sales person can check which results in their score dropping so that they're no longer in the best bets view.
You can also add people to a static list based on the criteria from Greg above, if they were sent email A or B which will speed up your future sends slightly.
It really depends what you mean by "bad". Is this an internal designation that you've set up? Bounces would be the main thing I'd think of, but you'll want to dig in a little more and see what is marking them as bad.

Hmm, thanks for our feedback. I connected Tableau yesterday, and granted we tried to do quite a few things, but we ended up with 102 API calls after a 1 hour meeting. We have a 660k record db which might change things a little bit, but I can see how it might creep upwards quickly.
