Another thing that can work (as long as you selected the campaign from the dropdown and it still exists), is simply clicking on that box and then clicking off of it. That will usually get rid of the squiggle for me.

A few years ago I had a Fujitsu ScanSnap that worked well for biz cards.
So for conditional visibility rules, you need to have the unsubscribe field as a hidden field on the form that is prepopulated with their value. Then, for conditional visibility you can reference that value.

I've found there are sometimes bugs and Marketo has to delete assets. Other times, there are random places something has been used -- but either way, support can help you identify these issues.
