I'd take issue with this question because if they don't use an add choice to the send alert step, or a remove from flow step, then everyone would receive the alert re: the SLA. Well, if that's really the case then this is less of a "Winter" release, and more of a "when we get to it" release. That would be disappointing, as it opens the possibility of this happening again for features that we'd actually want to have straight away!
Yes. This. It's very frustrating that removing someone from an EP will affect reporting, but moving them to an empty stream is a great fix.

I just started seeing the Winter '17 release notes on the homepage of my instance today... Do you think they did a rollout and we just got updated?
Does anyone have any insight into if API-only users are counted in this total? Also, what about inactive users? This is a huge Friday buzz-kill. 😕
