I'd reach out to your account manager to see if you've purchased this feature. If you have, it's possible that the account hasn't been provisioned properly, but you'd need support and/or your account manager to assist with this.

Interesting thought, Dan. I just ran a program membership analysis, and it's got the same wrong numbers. So, basically RCE never got the information that these people were members or successes. Hopefully today's update will push over to RCE properly tonight.
