Somehow missed this one ... referenced the headstart in my initial post (can't always schedule 12 hours out). Sometimes we're waiting for final ads/content, and I'm too aloof to be able to play with fate. Lists are typically 80-150k.

Yeah, we're not going to ask anyone to whitelist a marketo ip any time soon. Would love a dedicated IP.
That's pretty awesome domain trickery, but not something we're going to get into any time soon. Suppose the benefit of sharing an IP with who knows whom is being forced to maintain a healthy level of rep-to-client interaction.
