Hi Cindy,Yes you can do this. There is a system token called system.date. So you can use "filled out form" as the trigger, change data value as the flow step, and populate the date with system.date. You should use a constraint as well - "if email agreement date is empty".
Hey Cindy,There are some great posts on this for sure.Hope these help: Monitoring Email Deliverability: Bounces - Part I Making sense of Marketo email bounce categories There are many more actually. In the community search, type "Email Bounce" and you will see all the posts.
Oh gawd, that's confusing. They should have brought back some of my unanswered questions HA.
Sarah, I would contact Marketo support. All of the options show up on my side.
Hi Jeremy,Create a smart campaign, smart list is "filled out form" then put in your form.Flow step is - change program status to registered. In the schedule tab, make sure the number is approximately the number you believe have registered. And then run once. Let me know how that goes!
Hi Jenifer,Out of the box, the only user activity you can see is in the audit trail, so hopefully you can see it if it was recent.Otherwise, you would have to request activity records from Marketo support.
Ok, not the fastest way, but how about...7 smart lists. If clicked link in email 1, and not clicked link in emails 2-7, and filled out form. Then next smart list is if clicked link in email 2, and not clicked link in emails 3-7, and filled out form. And so on. I could also see how for your next one ...
You could create a preference/subscription center. That would be the only clean way to do it. Also, Bhavin, how would you know if they would like to opt out of that campaign or out of emails from your organization altogether? It's illegal to email people after they have unsubscribed.
Hi Antoine,Hoping you can share some background, what do you mean by cleanse the lead of their lead source? Like, delete the lead source field? Thanks.
