Hi Sarah,You can do nested email programs. So one default program that encapsulates 3 email programs, and they each can be different in terms of A/B testing. Right click, new local asset, email program.
Do you have a custom sync? The sync is bidirectional so the data will be the same in both systems, custom sync would be good to keep those that you don't want to bring over.
In additional to Josh's points, you may want to consider displaying number of unqualifed or junk leads. Another one might be what percentage of your leads are scored vs not scored.
I don't think I have ever received my points in the community for passing the certification exam. How do we find out? I am going back through my points history and I don't see it anywhere.Appreciate the help!
We have a similar challenge in our organization, and are in the process of implementing "contact status" to report on progression of contacts to closed deals and then it resets for upsell purposes.
