Hey Liz,You can't embed a form, but you could have multiple buttons or link CTA's, and depending on which they click, could trigger the update in marketo.

Aaron,Good question. I would not have that field be a formula field.Instead, batch update all the records that need to sync to marketo, and then build a workflow in sfdc to mark that box as true if certain criteria are met.

Hi Loc, this isn't necessarily an alert, but you could set smart campaign restrictions in admin > smart campaign. And only remove this if you are running database-wide updates etc.
