I know this has been discussed in other threads but the Outlook plugin ( which is a key integration point here) is useless until Marketo updates the plugin for Outlook 2013 (for those of us using 2013). And the fact that Sales emails are not yet supported for those of us using MS Dynamics.
And this makes it even more imperative that we should be able to approve the pages where the forms are used from a central interface. Not sure why this is not an option. What do mean that "forms cannot be used by themselves"? Either can email or landing page templates.

Michelle - I was just trying to do the same thing you were trying to do. I found a field you can add to the "Members" view called "Member Date". This then allows you to sort your view by the date they became members of the program.
It doesn't matter which browser for me (I'm using the latest version of FF, Chrome and IE10). It primarily occurs when updating an email or landing page template (the template remains in approved mode). Or when updating a form, the landing pages that use that form still stay in approved mode.

After further investigating, there were about 200 of these records that entered our system on Dec. 20th (from a form on our Swedish site).
