That's the culprit! Marketo is stripping out this key piece of code within the head of the HTML:
Now if only Marketo offered the "Change Owner" flow action for MS Dynamics CRM users, this would work brilliantly for all users. We have a very similar setup as you, Edward, and it works great. Glad to hear you'll be speaking on this at Summit (as will I in my session). But the ommission of this ...
Traci, what conditional tags are being stripped out? We've been banging our heads trying to figure out how to fix our responsive emails when sent to users who have adjusted their Windows scaling above 100%. I've tried everything mentioned here, but the issue still remains. So I wonder if it's due ...
When importing lists, if an email address contains spaces after the address, it will be included in the import, causing the email to be invalid. Would like to see Marketo automatically remove these spaces during the list import. I realize there are ways to manually do this but this would just make...

This wouldn't be an issue for a small instance of Marketo, but we're have over 800 programs across 21 countr...
Fixing this can't happen soon enough - thanks for sharing a perfect use-case, Dory, that illustrates how this is broke in Marketo. We've been dealing with this for over a year and continue to build what would seem like unnecessary assets and smart campaigns just to accomodate the limitations here. ...
Thanks Justin. I'm trying to get some additional details as we speak. But my other concern is the list is so large, that it will probably put us over our lead threshold. It's probably just not worth it - even though it's a good list of targeted leads.
We received a list of registrants from an event we're participating in next week - and the list is quite large. We have permission to use their email address just once. Have any of you dealt with a use-case like this before where you still used Marketo to communicate with them a single instance? ...
