Basically, the page must be indexed by Marketo in order for it to be recognized in Marketo. So be sure to visit the page get it cached several minutes prior to setting up your smart list. And like Laura stated, for this type of constraint, you cannot use the http protocol.

Wouldn't this only work with Marketo landing pages? I don't think she's using Marketo landing pages here.

Hi Brody - thanks for the suggestion. However, I just tried this and it didn't work. Marketo completely ignored the tokens within the HTML code and overwrote with their own code.

What if SFDC isn't the CRM platform being used? Can this be done in Marketo?

There are no program templates in Marketo - at least not like there are for emails and landing pages. You can, however, create a template per se of a program that contains all of the necessary assets and smart campaigns. But it's not a formal template.
