I have the most success with Firefox. IE has gotten better; and Chrome is great unless we're working within the email editor (where undesired code/formatting is often introduced).
Karen - it should just highlight it orange. Based on your inability to select an all-inclusive list (that you indicated here: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoIdeaDetail?id=08750000000KJMYAA4), I wonder if you have something going on with how your mouse is configured. Sounds like a single clic...
We use Marketo landing pages for all of our events (registration page, confirmation page, etc.) and any misc. pages that may be needed quickly and may not necessarily fit within our websites' structure. But for everything else, we use our main CMS (Sitecore) to present a common/consistent user expe...
If you want to report on individual program success (and not just success at the engagement program level) - especially when using RCE - I highly recommend that you use programs (vs. emails) in your engagement programs. Makes reporting so much easier and robust. Plus, you have the flexibility to i...

Wow, I did not realize this. Thanks for surfacing this with the community, Elliott. Hopefully, this gets "fixed" - even though it's not a bug. I'm sure most just had assumed this was happening with the anonymous-to-known merging of lead data.
Use filters in the smart list of your smart campaign. If you need to get more granular, just create a new static list in your program and upload your specific leads to that list. For those that received campaign#1, download the list to an excel file, delete those names that aren't needed for campa...
@Paul, this is probably due to the fact the RCE was an acquired product by Marketo and not developed from the ground up. I think the community (and Marketo) agrees that RCE could use a significant overhaul to make it more usable and appear more integrated into the core platform. Here's a great ide...
Dory is spot on. Marketo doesn't really do anything automatically. What it does do is provide very powerful tools to allow you to develop your workflows and processes appropriately for how your organization operates. Channels, program statuses and smart campaigns are the core to most of this. Wi...
