We would like to configure a role that only provides read-only access to all four areas of Marketo. But I'm not sure that can be done. When configuring access, for example, to Marketing Activities, I only see the options below. Is a read-only role not possible?

I have a flow step to send out an email alert if someone clicks on a link on a specific page. How can I include a filter or trigger in the smart list to ignore this if the lead is anonymous? Would I simply include "Email Address is not empty" filter?
