This thread is almost 4 years old and none of the people here who contributed are Marketo customers (or part of the community) - as evident by the GUIDs that represent their name. You'll have better luck if you start a new conversation/question.
Filter logic can only be applied to FILTERS - not TRIGGERS. Your first two are triggers. Triggers are always "or" logic - meaning if either are true, it will continue and evaluate the trigger(s) you've defined. So in essence, your smart list will execute as you intended it to.
Which webinar connector are you using? Is it possible those that are still marked as "registered" were never synced to your webinar provider and therefore there's no ability to provide status updates on those members?

And if you do need to map a custom field in Marketo to a field in CRM, you can open a Support ticket and this can be done on the backend. Just don’t make a habit of doing it this way.

I know. Normally, I would be more concerned about that - and want that additional tracking. But this is just an internal campaign/contest where employees are using it to submit leads.

So it sounds like we should leave our setup for "referrals" as-is? We haven't experienced any dropped records - but then again, it's not like we're making a bunch of calls each day. Maybe 10 at the most.
