Yeah...it is rough. NetSuite is a very "special" and "fun" tool to integrate with Marketo. And yes, we have explored purchasing extra APIs but unfortunately likely won't be able to swing that in the budget until next year some time (hopefully!).

You also have to keep in mind if there are ANY updates on the record in SFDC it will be pushed back into Marketo.
