    Clearing my cache seems to have helped for now. I also reached out to Support who basically said the same thing so hopefully the issue won't return!

The strange thing is, I have no problems editing the image on am email template, but my coworker encounters the same issue that you are having when he tries to edit the same template.     Thank you for your responses! I believe Sales Insight can be used with NetSuite via the MUV Connector, but I'll have to double check on this. Thank you Josh Hill​ for the document you attached. I think that will at least give me a better understanding of what Sales Insight is!
