The email link performance report has 4 categories of stats (clicks, % clicks, leads, % leads). How can we determine if the clicks/leads are real people or email scanners? Also, how can we then check to see if someone actually followed through on the Call to Action they clicked on?
I'm having difficulty finding this information in Marketo. I can see the NUMBER of people who hard bounced, but can't find where it tells me WHO (specific people) hard bounced, or received/didn't receive the email. Could use some help from the community!
So if I have an engagement score of 45 on one of my emails, what does that mean? How do they come to the conclusion of it being rated a 45?
It would send insights to you regarding how many emails were sent by each campaign, what the open rates were, what the click thru rates were, etc.
What we're actually trying to do is analyze our current campaigns to see all the interdependencies of possible outcomes (if/then, change nurture stream) to identify the journey our leads may take over time and identify where dead-ends in the processes may lie.
So with websites, you can have it broken down into a Sitemap, which helps the users navigate your site. Is there a way on Marketo where you can virtually see a Sitemap for your email campaigns? So in summary, can you map your campaigns on Marketo?
