I advertised taking a survey in my last email, and had someone fill it out. In the survey, I did not ask for contact information. So now I want to go into Marketo and track who the person was that filled out my survey. I've created an "Email Link Performance Report" that went along with the email campaign, so I can see what links were clicked by a certain amount of people. But I can't figure out how to see specific names that clicked on the links.

A Smart List with a "Clicked Link in Email: Email IS xyz; Link IS xyz" will do the trick.
Thank you Michael! Now, it's showing about 25 people who clicked on that link, but only one filled out the survey. Is there a way for me to see who of the 25 people filled out the survey?
Hi Nate Deacon ,
You can use the below combination to see who exactly clicked on the link in the email and also filled out the survey form.

Thanks Karan! So the link in the email drove people to Survey Monkey, not a form used inside Marketo. Will I still be able to see the specific person who filled out the survey?
Hi Nate Deacon ,
2 questions
- Do you have some sort of integration of Marketo and Survey Monkey?
- The survey monkey form, Is it hosted on a Marketo landing page?
If not, then you wont be able to get the filled out form statistics in Marketo. The maximum you can track is who clicked the link on the email.

I don't believe we have any integration of Marketo and Survey Monkey, and it's not hosted on a Marketo Landing Page. So I guess we won't be able to see who exactly filled out the survey. Thanks for your help Karan!
Hi Nate Deacon ,
Yes. In that case, the best you can track in Marketo is who clicked the link in your email.

Most welcome Nate Deacon
