Hi Ande, did you ever pull the trigger on SnapApp? If so, any insights of your own as to the benefits or any challenges in implementation/ongoing execution?
I have the same challenge. We have a module that's a simple horizontal rule type element, although it's achieved through a 1px border element with margins.Module itself works great but the auto thumbnail is the entire template which makes the module list long/confusing and makes the element itself ha...
Are you sure these sfdc records are owned by a sfdc USER? If the record belongs to a QUEUE, the 'Sales Owner' name and email fields will be blank in Marketo. This makes sense as you wouldn't want to personalize an email as coming from or referencing "US Marketing Qualified Queue", etc. in an email.

Does anyone have or know where I can find a list of email client user-agents Marketo tracks?Adding the "Browser" constraint and a value of "is not empty" I get a ton of results for my query, the issue is I'm trying to determine how many folks are using gmail and that value returns 0. I can't add "Br...
You are able to access the raw numbers per each variant by clicking the download button (little grid with right facing arrow) within the "test view" dashboard of the email program where you ran the test. It's the graphic page with the comparison of clicks and open rates. You have to do some simple m...
