Where are you unable to find it...in the program or when you are in the email editor? If it isn't showing up in the program under my tokens, create a new one and be sure to click the save button before navigating away. In the email editor, search for {{my. and see if it pops up.

Hello Kristen,Is there a reason you want to use checkboxes instead of radio buttons? I know that radio buttons will only allow the user to select one value out of a list of values.

To me, this sounds like a SFDC issue. Have you checked to see if there is something with your profile permissions that is preventing you from viewing it? You may also want to make sure that the Marketo object tab is Default On for your profile.

There is a "Lead is Converted" trigger that you could use to trigger the email send. If you are using specific SFDC statuses when the lead is converted, you can add in a Status filter to ensure that only those with a certain converted status will get the email.Hope this helps!
