I'm not seeing it at the account level either in my SFDC instance. There is documentation that says that users are able to add accounts to their watch list, but a lot of the MSI documentation is extremely outdated. Maybe the functionality no longer exists?

Hi Marit,I don't believe there is a way to multi-select smart campaigns to active them. However, if you enable the campaign inspector in the treasure chest section of admin, you can see all of your inactive trigger campaigns all in one place so you work through the list to active them again.
