Hello Cristina, Yes, this is feasible. Use the import functionality: Import Named Accounts - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation Ensure that you de-dup using the domain or name in order to ensure duplicate accounts are not created.

We can only change account assignments for non-CRM people. Can you provide more details around the type of people you are trying to add to the Account? We need more information in order to determine whether or not the tool is behaving correctly.

Right now, the ABM tool will not solve for this use case since it doesn't listen for Account wide activity. We do however have projects on our roadmap that will solve for this. Stay tuned.
